The Love show is all about sharing your love with friends & strangers, & what could be more universal than sharing food?
IT’S A POTLUCK
Continuing what’s become an important Love show tradition, participating artists will be bringing potluck food to share with you their adoring public. But why should you miss out on this chance to display your cooking prowess (and/or keen sense of humor)?
You, the viewing public are hereby invited to participate in this year’s Love show potluck. If you choose to bring a dish, please (A) DON’T bring it on your grandmother’s heirloom pie tray- stuff gets broken sometimes, and we want you feeling love, not anguish! (B) DO bring the necessary tools to serve your dish. We’ll have paper plates and stuff. You bring grub.
IT’S A FOOD DRIVE!
For the 3rd year in a row, the Love show is proud to work with the Oregon Food Bank to invite your support. An average of 240,000 Oregonians rely on the food bank to put food on the table for their families each month- with number like that, it’s likely that some of these people are your neighbors.
Please bring at least one can of food or something from their list of Most Wanted Foods to the opening.
Trust us, it will make you feel really good, and then maybe you’ll end up conducting a mini-food drive of your own (click here to see how).

Benefit the Village Free School
whose mission “is to empower tomorrow’s leaders to become independent, creative, and conscientious citizens capable of thinking for themselves and collaborating with others to create a better world”.
The school is in a state of financial turmoil like so many nonprofits are these days. Help these kids get the education and love that they deserve!
